Delete in the app
Open Profile, choose Edit Profile, select Delete Account in the final row, and confirm permanent deletion. Ocean signs you out after the deletion request succeeds.

Delete your Ocean account.
Delete your account directly in the app while signed in. If Ocean is no longer installed or you cannot sign in, submit a verified request from the email connected to your account.
How it works
Use email only if access is lost
Send the request from the email address connected to Ocean and include the profile name or mobile number used on the account. Never include a password or one-time code. We may ask for limited details to verify account control.
Deletion is processed
In-app confirmation removes the authentication account and schedules deletion of associated profile, matching, conversation, notification, device, subscription-entitlement, and private media records. Verified email requests follow the same process.

What is removed
- ✓Account sign-in record and core user profile
- ✓Profile image, gallery records, and private media assets
- ✓Discovery preferences, actions, ignored profiles, and sessions
- ✓Matches, conversations, messages, reactions, and inbox state
- ✓Notifications, push-device records, quotas, and matching profile
Limited retention
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, or backup rotation. Retained data is restricted to the applicable purpose and removed when it is no longer required.
Store subscriptions
Deleting Ocean does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active store subscription in your platform account before deleting the Ocean account.
